Ordering and Payment Options
Credit Card Secure Payment by Pay Pal
We welcome secure online payments with Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and eCheck. Your order will be processed immediately using Pay Pal. You will be directed to the Pal Pal website where you may securely complete the transaction. Pay Pal is our credit card processor and membership is not required to complete your purchase, as with any other credit card processor. This is an extremely safe method for you to complete your purchase with the highest security measures available online. Shop without sharing your financial information!
Mail In Check/Money Order
For those who prefer not to provide financial information online, orders may also be paid by check or money order. Add the items you would like to purchase to the secure shopping cart. Enter your contact and delivery information. When you are ready to check out, simply choose “Mail In Check/Money Order”. Please send a copy of the order or print the order number on your check so we can credit the payment to you.
All the information you need will be on your order form, but just in case, our address is below. Company and personal checks are accepted, however your check will have to clear before your order is processed and shipped. Orders paid with a money order will ship upon receipt. Orders processed online in this manner will expire at 15 days if payment is not received.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground for heavy weight items or USPS Priority Mail for all others. We reserve the right to select the shipping method without further cost to you. Orders are shipped as soon as possible in the order that they are received. When your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number, (UPS), or the Delivery Confirmation number (USPS Priority Mail). A Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation number is NOT a tracking number. It provides a confirmation of delivery but no further information is available until it arrives. Upon tracking the number you will receive a message, “Electronic Shipping Info Received”. When you receive the email with the number, the package has been shipped. Allow 3-4 business days after shipment for delivery by Priority Mail. UPS delivery times will vary by location. Please be sure to include a valid email address with your order so we may provide this service.
U.S. Shipping charges are added at check out. If you have a special request or need your package by a specific date, please let us know via the “Additional Comments” section in your shopping cart. We’ll do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
International orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the shopping cart when you select your country from the dropdown list during check out. Your order will be sent to you in one shipment. If an item you order is not immediately available, we will hold the package until we can provide the complete order.
International orders are limited to the countries found on the “Country” list in the shopping cart. Your package will be shipped via the best method to your country. If your country does not appear on the list we will not be able to proceed with the order.
Return Policy
We have very strict quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will pay for the cost of shipping it back to us and gladly replace the item.
For all other returns or exchanges, within 5 days of receipt of your order, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee and the shipping charges will not be refunded. We will process the return/exchange after we receive the product back in brand new and resalable condition. Please email Customer Support first to arrange a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with any third party for the purposes of marketing or email distribution. Any information gathered by us by way of email or order placement will remain private.
