Heaven on Earth

October 18, 2020

We can choose heaven to be our reality right now in this moment now that we have thrown out much of the old negative vibrational patterns and emitted the parts of ourselves that no longer serve us.  We are ready to live our true divine purpose as we integrate and align the higher vibrating reality.  We are moving forward into the new universal creation of heaven on earth. This is what some call the "New Earth". Those of us that are ready will become more fully ingrained within this calmer universal reality. Therefore, creating our heaven on earth. 💜Blessings c

October 13, 2020

The Divine Self is always trying to get our attention to remind us of the power, love, and wisdom that draws in higher energies, thoughts, feelings, and situations into our lives.  The Divine Wisdom within us is wise; it knows all that is for our highest good, and is always showing us a better and more joyful way to live our lives. I believe that we can easily turn away from the distractions of the physical world, and restore ourselves into the light, love, and power of this loving energy.

Forgiveness is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself on the spiritual path. If you can’t learn to forgive, you can forget about getting to higher levels of awareness.  Affirm: I forgive everyone, including myself.   Dr. Wayne Dwyer

Being Optimistic

October 7, 2020

Are you an optimistic person? Consider adopting the following qualities of optimistic people.

1. They are self-motivated

Optimistic people are self-motivated people. They see everything as an opportunity rather than a problem and are more willing to take action and work for what they want. Self-motivation comes from within. Knowing that your dreams and goals are possible make you feel driven to move forward.

2. They surround themselves with other positive people

Optimistic people surround themselves with other like-minded people. Birds of the same feathers flock together. Therefore, keep an eye on whom you spend the most time with. If you want to be optimistic, be with positive people.

3. They express gratitude

Optimistic people often express gratitude. No matter what happens, they value it, and they feel grateful for it. They acknowledge the fact that they cannot change the situation, but they can change themselves. Gratitude is one of the most life-changing qualities that you can adopt.

4. They are happy and joyful

Optimistic people are happy people. This is because they see things from the bright and positive side, thus, they feel happy and smile a lot. The act of smiling can make you and others feel better. Smile more and make each moment worth living with unlimited possibilities.  💜 Blessings MM

Magic Exists

October 5, 2020

Since I was a small child, I have always known there was magic. I still truly believe that somehow, somewhere magic exists in the form of positive  intention.  By using creative visualization, from a place of love, you can create anything you desire.  First, you must relax and imagine a desired goal in your mind exactly the way you want it to be. Then, listen to your inner "self" and you will be guided to take the perfect steps in creating your desired outcome. When you do that, through love, all that you aspire will come quickly and in unexpected ways.  💜Blessings c

Empowered vs Powerless

October 3, 2020

When we hold on to the belief that life is something that happens to us and all we can do is make the best of it --that is a passive way to not take responsibility for the life we have created. When we give our power to people or things we suffer needlessly.

I teach we must take responsibility for how our life is unfolding good or bad. I believe that through positive intentions, we can create life the way we want it to be.  I also teach that if we follow our divine inner guidance, life gets better and better.

What if every day we used a creative visualization seeing life in perfect harmony and balance?

Attitude of Gratitude

October 1, 2020

An attitude of gratitude means that you come from a place of appreciation for life instead of one of negativity.  We always have a choice to be grateful, and give thanks for everything and everyone in our lives. Even on the days when it feels like nothing is going right we can make a conscious effort to express appreciation for what we have right now in this moment.  I believe that gratitude allows us to get rid of the negativity in our lives. Only then, does the Universe listen and respond in a loving and abundant way.   💜Blessings c

Silent Walks

September 20, 2020

“Alone or with others, you can seek clarity within the circle of your deepest purpose, you cross the threshold of the old and open to the mystery calling you to new life.” CLB

Today, I will focus more on silence and emptiness. Be quieter than usual. Notice and appreciate other people and my surroundings without having to define them, either mentally or out loud. When I do speak, I will be aware of the intent behind my words.

I will take silent walks from time to time with a different focus. I will walk in the moment noticing the space in between the objects, the space that allows everything to be.  I will let the habitual focus on self-relax and dissolve, expanding until I feel “self” as a natural extension of the spirit that flows through all things —simply, slowly, deeply.  💜Blessings c

The True Healing Process

September 18, 2020

I believe that the true healing process many of us are undergoing is one of re-aligning oneself to optimal well-being. Through our spiritual wisdom, inspired by self-acceptance and unconditional love, we can then feel the essence of wholeness and be healthy.  As a result we are accessing our innate wisdom, truly feeling our connection to God’s unconditional love.  When we love ourselves, our unique vibration becomes elevated and in doing so, our conscious perceptions of what is good becomes heightened.

I call this journey the essential path of empowering self as a conscious creator. Healing is simply another word, or mindset, for creating a conscious positive outcome. We can create these disease conditions for ourselves, whether consciously or unconsciously. We can also re-create new, healthy conditions by re-aligning our energies in positive ways that express a healthier version of self. Through self-knowledge, self- exploration and understanding we choose to participate in our health decisions.  💜Blessings c

Your Intentions Towards Others

September 15, 2020

What are your intentions, and can you put into practice a method to achieve good intentions towards others? The answer is yes - by practicing being kind and compassionate. These are words that mean having good intentions toward living beings, including oneself.

This goodwill is present in warmth, friendliness, decency, empathy, generosity, and love. The pure heart leans toward others; it is not neutral or indifferent.

• Being kind and empathic towards oneself is needed to shift your brain into its responsive mode. Only then can your body repair and refuel itself and in turn you will feel happy and peaceful.

• Being decent and friendly toward others builds trust, and likely guarantees good treatment in return. Right now, while we feel increasingly stressed and isolated, and our relationships are often on shaky ground – these acts are not just moral, they are essential.

How can we practice and maintain these intentions in ourselves and in our relationships?

• Know what compassion and kindness feels like in your body, heart, and mind. When you have a sense of warmth and good wishes toward someone how does this feel?

• Realize that these feelings are natural and normal – the news coverage blasts us with words and pictures of that make us think ordinary decency and kindness are not normal.

• Take care of yourself - When your core needs are met, and you do not feel stressed your brain goes into a resting state.  Then most people are empathic, compassionate, and kind: in a word, benevolent.  💜Blessings mm

Remembering September 11, 2001

“For me and my family personally, September 11 was a reminder that life is fleeting, impermanent, and uncertain. Therefore, we must make use of every moment and nurture it with affection, tenderness, beauty, creativity, and laughter.” — Deepak Chopra

September 10, 2020

How can we healthfully communicate with each other these days when there are so many changes going on in our daily lives.

I am guided that we must channel our thoughts in order to have clear communication every moment. This is required from the navigation system of the heart’s wisdom. Let that wisdom lead the way as we navigate through the day.

We all deserve to live life peacefully and enjoy riding the wave of contentment.  💜Blessings c

Labor Day

August 7, 2020

For a lot of people, Labor Day means two things: a day off and the end of summer. But why is it called Labor Day?  Labor Day is a day set aside to pay tribute to working men and women. It has been celebrated as a national holiday in the United States since 1894.

This Labor Day, Monday September 7, 2020 may be a little different with social distancing and  mask-wearing guidelines, but we can still enjoy a backyard bar-b-que, the beach, or the park—the great outdoors.

Have a safe day off and surround yourself with those you are closest to.  💜Blessings mm

The Divine Feminine in Each of Us

August 4, 2020

She is the energy of nurturing to give us spiritual inspiration. Who is she?

She is a strong, powerful, loving, force that lives in everything. She inspires divine trust and to have faith. She patiently observes everything around her creation. Divine Feminine is the one that follows the path of her unique freedom to create from within.

We all embody this energy male and female. It is magnetic and allows us to attract everything we want. By simply tapping into her knowing of co-creation and manifestation we can empower our lives.

She can be the essence of innocence, purity, strength, intuition, and faith. Simply being allows the universe to support her on the divine journey.

Within her light there is no energy of neediness, fear, desperation, or what we know to be lacking, only light-filled creation.

When we choose to connect into her energy of receiving, allowing, trusting, serving, and giving, we will make room to breathe, receive, regenerate, and manifest our lives in unconditional light and love.   💜Blessings c

An Interesting World We Live In

August 28, 2020

What an interesting time we live in and we know this without a doubt that we live in a different world. Think of 2019 in comparison to 2020. How different our reality is when it comes to our everyday lives and humanity as a whole. This shift in conscience is giving everyone the opportunity to choose respect and integrity as we manifest a better life and world. Now is the time for all truths to be revealed and we can choose who or what to believe. Or we can choose to stay neutral holding the space for everyone’s highest good. I pray that all of us see the value of life in a new and conscientious way.  💜Blessings c

Time to Take Action

August 27, 2020

Today we may be feeling especially ambitious and ready to break out of our old routines. Astrologically things are beginning to take off and turn a healthy corner. This is a time when we want to get something better going, even if we don’t know the next step or the exact direction we want to take.

By creating a sacred space that displays/intends what we want will bring it to life. What we focus on expands. One thing we can do is create a vision board. Then, we can place it where we can see it often, reminding us to visualize it as already created and that we are catching up to it in Divine Timing.

Use these items to create positive vision board (pictures from magazines, pressed flowers, travel brochures, trinkets) that create a perfect life and world. Have fun with this by adding to and gathering new/additional items to create the vision board. Visualization is a powerful mindful exercise.  💜 Blessings c

Each of us is doing the very best we can at this moment. If we knew better, if we had more understanding and awareness, we would do it differently. But since we’re doing our best, we need to applaud ourselves for our efforts.

Releasing Old Patterns

August 18, 2020

This is a great time to release old patterns and clear the way for a healthier you and intend to move beyond any negative patterns that keep you stuck. Now is the time to change all patterns that no longer serve you, to resonate in spiritual alignment with your divine truth.  Celebrate YOU!

Enjoy the rest of summer and the transitional process of being your authentic Self .  💜 Blessings c

Sun Day - Fun Day

August 17, 2020

Yesterday we went to the lake and I relaxed. I realized how much I miss being totally in the moment. For one full day, no schedule, no phones, and no one wanting my time. Lately a proper day off from work seems few and far between even though I create my own schedule.

We all deserve a day away from constant email notifications, appointments, and our bottomless to-do lists. It can seem nearly impossible to find ways to recharge on your day off.  I believe it's vital for you to do something for yourself, while you take time off to recharge your mind and soul.

Rather than being stressed by trying to accomplish everything on your day off, make a commitment to yourself and others and enjoy the little moments in life.  💜Blessings c

When you forgive you heal, and when you let go you grow. unknown

August 12, 2020

These days I find it much easier to acknowledge I have a choice to respond to good or bad at any given moment. This way I am guided to look at everything in my life as a choice, instead of a series of events I have no control over. I do my best to remain neutral and react from that level.  I practice going back to zero-point (neutral) whenever

I go into a negative mindset.  The more I practice and train myself to do this the easier it becomes to shift my frequency at will.  When events seem negative, I look at it as an opportunity that inspires me to be at peace.  💜Blessings c

Listening to Our Bodies

August 11, 2020

I believe by raising our consciousness and paying attention to not only our bodies, but all levels (mind and spirit), it can take us to a new threshold of learning about ourselves. Rather than risking an emotional reaction to a situation, the body diverts the conscious reaction into a physical, unconscious one.

Paying attention to the subtle physical sensations in our bodies brings us more in touch with the fullness of our response to the world. While we are experiencing the world, at the same time we are witnessing ourselves experiencing the world. Once a sensation is identified, there is a choice to use this self-awareness to understand more deeply and thus respond to the situation with more presence. This is truly about being conscious in the present moment. Physical sensations in the body are clues from the subconscious to pay attention, to listen more carefully, and honor the wisdom of the body.

By increasing communication with our bodies, we lessen the split between the mind and body and are available to the wholeness of ourselves. We will then become more intimate with life and will realize our true reactions to the outside world. 💜 Blessing  c

Building Your Resilience Can Make You Stronger

August 7, 2020

I know life can be particularly stressful and the word resilience comes to mind. I believe that we all have a few of these days in our lifetime including everything from everyday challenges to traumatic life-altering events.

So, what does it mean to be resilient and how can we become empowered and “bounce back” when we are challenged? Life may not come with a map to guide us through these bumps in the road, but we can usually adapt well to life-changing, stressful situations-in part thanks to our divine resilience. There are many aspects of your life you can control, modify, and grow with. That is the role of resilience.

How can you increase your resiliency? Like building a muscle, increasing your resilience takes time and intentionality. Focus on three core components — connection, wellness, and healthy thinking.

Take care of your body. Practicing self-care can promote mental and physical health and build your resilience. Live a positive lifestyle – good nutrition, sleep, hydration, and exercise can strengthen your body to adapt to stress. Practice mindfulness by journaling, yoga, and other spiritual practices which help build connections and restore hope.

Prioritize relationships.

Connecting with empathetic and understanding people can remind you that you are not alone during difficulties. Focus on finding trustworthy and compassionate individuals who validate your feelings. Do not isolate yourself. It is important to accept help and support from those who care about you.

Healthy Thinking

Keep things in perspective. Do not think the world is out to get you. Adapt a balanced and realistic thinking pattern. How you think can play a significant part in how you feel during a stressful event, but you can change how you interpret and respond to it.

Accept that change is a part of life. It is hard to be positive when life is not going your way. An optimistic outlook empowers you to expect that good things will happen to you. Try visualizing what you want, rather than worrying about what you fear. Along the way, note any subtle ways in which you start to feel better as you deal with difficult situations.

The important thing to remember is you can be resilient during these challenging times and you can grow by focusing on the aspects of life’s challenges.

August 5, 2020

Perseverance is the key to success, and success inevitably arrives for everyone who perseveres. Life presents challenges, but this is part of the learning process, and we learn from our mistakes.

Do you persevere? Or, after meeting rejection or difficulties, do you quit?

Test your perseverance quotient by looking at some of the following:

1. I have clear goals.

2. I know my limitations.

3. I rebound from disappointments.

4. I focus and complete projects.

5. I adapt to change.

6. I believe in my creation.

Here are some tips for persevering:

• Live in the present. Don’t worry about the past or what might happen. Let go – the more attached you are to something, the greater the fear of losing it.

• Maintain optimism. Expect good things. Keep a journal of positive experiences.

• Clarify your goals. Be clear about what you manifest. Base it on your purpose, needs, and abilities.

• Acknowledge your accomplishments. Judge these against personal standards of self-improvements. Have the courage of your convictions. Don’t change for others or compare yourself to them.

• Care for you mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Schedule quiet times to think and reassess. Practice deep breathing, exercise. get sufficient sleep and eat healthy.

• Focus. Focus on goals daily. At regular intervals, ask yourself whether your activities are moving you forward.

What is Adaptability?

August 3, 2020

I believe that adaptability can be defined as our ability to move peacefully in any direction at any time. This may mean physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. It is our willingness to let go, flow, learn something new, make mistakes (and not judge ourselves for them) and stay in the moment. However, to do that we must be comfortable in making last minute adjustments or be willing to change our behavior in each unfamiliar situation.

Most of us go into a new situation with our minds already made up about what we think is going to happen, or with expectations of how it should be. These thoughts are programmed in us from our past personal experiences, other people’s opinions, or simply mistaken beliefs. Each of us form ideas about what will happen based on these experiences or beliefs, and this usually affects the choices or actions we take.

Here are some things you can do right now to increase your ability to adapt. Change your perspective by looking at both sides of an issue. Break the mold by changing your habits and add spontaneity to your daily routine. Travel out of your comfort zone and take risks and face your fears; there is nothing you can't accomplish to become a more empowered self.   💜 Blessing c

Expect the Unexpected

August 2, 2020

The full moon rising in Aquarius on August 3, 2020 will be grabbing all the cosmic attention. Everyone’s relationship with their emotions will be more complicated because the moon in Aquarius has a strong need for emotional freedom. Our social lives will take some twists and turns, too. When you are with a group of people, you may will notice them displaying negative emotions such as fear, anger, and jealousy.

The best way to handle this erratic energy is to be open-minded, flexible, and do not react to it. You will then be able to use your heightened instincts and reflexes to your advantage. You will be able to quickly adapt to these unexpected changes and take advantage of the positives that will transpire.

So, it is all about our roles within friendships, social groups, and our communities at large. Use the full moon’s energy to give you clarity, perspective, and a balance of trust within your circle. This way we will be able to keep the collective good in mind as we make decisions about how to move forward. 💜 Blessing c

Listen to Your Intuition

July 29, 2020

Intuition is simply knowing something without knowing exactly how you know it. Connect back to a time that you had a "gut feeling" about something - the job that you knew you shouldn't take, even though it looked good on the surface or the relationship that just felt right for you. That's your intuition talking to you.

Benefits: Gut feelings are a wealth of information. Remember, your intuition is never wrong, although your interpretation of it may be incorrect. When your intuition calls to you, trust it. Practice makes perfect when it comes to using your intuition effectively.

New Focus: The next time you need to make a decision, check in with your intuition. Experiment with trusting it.  💜 Blessing c

Inspire - A More Joyful Life

July 26, 2020

What if we focused on gratitude each day?  I have learned that some days it is harder to find the good, and other days the good bursts through leaving me with an "all is well" feeling.  I believe that we create our own reality, and how we respond to it is how the world responds back to us "good or bad".  When we stay in the goodness of life, we can be centered, balanced and content.  My gram said, "Busy hands make a peaceful mind". 💜 Blessing c

Morning Meditation

July 24, 2020

Start by bringing your attention upwards into the Universe above all human influence.

Your intention will automatically take you to the Divine source of peace and love.  The frequency of God's golden light of true faith is that "All is Well".

Breathing in slowly, hold the intention of connecting that loving light with your energy. As the divine light flows down through the crown of your head feel this powerful loving energy strengthening you in body, mind and spirit.  Now allow this light to continue expanding outward, filling every cell of your body while nourishing and healing you.  Stand in the incredible beauty and warmth of the everlasting light of God, saturating your whole being in this 'feel good" moment.  Imagine this powerful, peaceful, loving, presence surrounding you with a protective sphere.

Now bring your attention back to the soles of you feet and feel a connection to the earth. Return back to a conscious state knowing that your energy is flowing perfectly with each breath. When you are ready, open your eyes and you will feel energized for the remainder of the day.    💜 Blessing c

Berries - World's Healthiest Foods

July 17, 2020

Berries are one of my favorite foods. Here are a few reasons why. They are loaded with antioxidants, high in fiber, and help improve blood sugar. They may lower cholesterol levels, provide nutrients and help fight inflammation. Whether we grow our own berries or shop at our local market, berries are fresh in season right now. Enjoy the gifts of summer.

Earth Angels

July 15, 2020

As Molly Friedenfeld wrote, “Earthly Angels do not allow other souls to dim their light; they just keep shining bright as the sun, for this helps other souls to reconnect with their own light and shine brightly too!” Being an earth angel is not easy, but it is a rewarding path to travel. Shine on!

The simple truth is, that at the core level, we are all spiritual beings of light. There are, however; certain souls with empathic characteristics making up what the spirit calls Earth Angels or Light-workers.  💜 Blessing c

Taking Responsibility

July 13, 2020

Take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and action. Stop blaming and stop complaining!  Refuse to take other's actions personally. Make yourself happy by living in the present moment. By tapping into your divine intention you will feel confident and stay centered.  💜 Blessing c

Appreciate the Little Things

July 11, 2020

It is a beautiful Saturday morning at our house and my husband, and I are sitting on the deck drinking a perfect cup of coffee. We are chatting and suddenly he points out a little furry bunny sitting in our yard. The joy that bunny brought, in that moment, made my heart burst with appreciation. I know that we are told over and over that it is the little things in life that make it complete. I wonder if we could just sit and appreciate the world around us more often, especially during these busy times, the benefits our bodies, minds, and souls would receive.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if this became the new normal.   💜 Blessing c

Gifts of Summer

July 10. 2020

I am guided to remind you to remember how blessed you are. You are the one who can make amazing things happen in your life. This will make you feel whole inside, as if you have a brand new lease on life. Appreciate all that has been given (gifted) to you and try not to take anything for granted. Peace and balance create healthy cells and a healthy mind and body, which helps you stay younger.

Peace Within

July 7, 2020

As we ask the Creator to guide us through grace may our lives be filled with blessings and may we find gratitude in each moment. Let's all spread the gifts of appreciation in our lives and our world.

Divine Creator… with gratitude I ask for peace…may I see blessings in each moment that I am alive. I bless this body for it is healthy and strong so that I can be a temple for your light to shine. I bless my mind for it helps me remember my purpose to serve your will, for your will is mine. I bless my eyes so that I can see with clarity your vision… for your vision is mine. I bless my ears so that I hear your sacred voice and remember to speak your truth. To live my life through love for only love exists. Today your peace is mine, my heart is quiet, and my mind is still.

Overcoming Indecision

July 1, 2020

Do you ever find yourself at a loss when it comes to making decisions.  Whether making decisions big or small they do not have to cause concern or stress in your life.  I believe the fear of making the wrong decision is the reason many people hesitate to make a choice.  If you have labeled yourself as an indecisive person, just change it!

Lack of confidence in making decisions is only a mindset. Step back and  tell yourself you are making choices based on what is for your highest good.  Trust yourself and your own judgement.  You will know you have made the right decision when there is peace in your heart. 💜 Blessing c

Meditation for Health

June 30, 2020

Meditation is an amazing tool to address conditions such as anxiety, stress, physical pain and insomnia.  Find a place to sit comfortably, uninterrupted for about 30 minutes.  The most important part of meditating is breathing. If we breathe slowly our bodies automatically relax. Your only task during meditation is to be aware of your breath.  If your mind wanders bring it back to your breath.  Try this, you will feel the results!

Our Journey Forward

June 24, 2020

For each of us, there is a specific divine order for our life's journey. The energy in July, is about divine order, not control, and we must trust that through love we are on the right path. I believe that when we release our grip on energies that no longer serve us for our highest good, positive circumstances will come into our world. Then, and only then can we manifest our best life. The peace that comes from letting go of how it should be, and living in trust, is priceless. As we continue in the spiritual truth of releasing who or what, we can find purpose in our lives and complete our journey. 💜 Blessing c

Spiritual Healing

June 21, 2020

I believe that spiritual healing is about finding a connection to something greater than ourselves. It gives us a sense of virtue or a meaning that all is well. God, a higher power, can give us a sense of higher truth, beauty, or sacredness in our everyday life.

Benefits of Mindfulness

June 16, 2020

As we are going through this unprecedented time in our country, and throughout the world, practicing simple and effective ways to ease our minds may make a big difference.

You can incorporate “mindfulness” practices into your daily routine by taking five minutes in the morning to meditate or find time after lunch to quiet your mind and focus on your breathing. These routines may have positive health benefits like reducing feelings of loneliness and stress, improving your memory, sleep, and immune system, and increasing compassion for yourself and others.

Mindfulness means taking time to pay attention to yourself including your thoughts and feelings.

Making Mindfulness a Routine

1. Find 5 to 10 minutes each day and sit quietly and focus on your breath. Turn your phone off so you will not be interrupted. Now notice where your mind goes and how your body is feeling. You just might find that this helps you focus & prioritize your day.

2. Before bed think of the good things that happened that day. Write them down in your journal which can help you recognize the positive, even if you have had a bad day.

3. Search your phone or tablet for “mindfulness apps” that can help you with mindful exercises. These will help you to practice every day and most of them are free.

Feeling Lonely? Mindfulness May Help

Mindfulness has been shown to help overcome loneliness. Many adults (especially those age 65 and over) experience moderate to severe loneliness. Loneliness is characterized by a marked difference between someone’s desired companionship and actual relationships. Social isolation and physical distancing may be the cause of loneliness for many people during this time. Loneliness may be challenging--especially in today’s situation. However, by practicing mindfulness your optimism and quality of life may be comforted and that will help reduce loneliness.

June 17, 2020

Have you ever wondered if you have made a substantial difference in someone’s life?

This thought has been running through my mind lately. Spiritually we know that compassion and unconditional love is our guiding force and brings us into alignment with the Divine. This may be why we are here on earth; but how do we know we have made a true difference?

There is not really a way to measure the impact we can have on another person’s life. I believe that the smallest inspiration can change the course of someone else’s journey. I think there are many moments where we have done just that.

Perhaps the most powerful influence we can have in someone’s life is through healthy relationships. Through these intimate relationships we can influence, inspire, and build each other up to be better, which gives us the opportunity to make a positive impact on each other’s lives.

I honestly believe that is how we live our lives in balance and grace and has the greatest influence on others. Take a moment today to make a positive impact on someone you know or don’t know today! Let your light shine.

Divine Truth

June 10, 2020

What is Divine Truth?

When I think of Divine Truth, I immediately feel that deep within each of us is a space of perfection, beauty, innocence and light that cannot be seen with the physical eyes, but can be experienced with the inner spiritual vision. Connecting with this space, even if briefly, offers us a new way to understand ourselves and everyone else in our lives. It is an invitation to push a ‘reset’ button where we whitewash everything with the light of love and forgiveness, so only light, love and innocence remain.

Truth is the place within us that cannot be changed or distorted by anything external. Can you imagine that within us we have a storehouse of infinite energy, vision and bliss. These can never be taken away, and we can access them at any time.

Forming a connection to the true self, to me, feels like having an anchor that grounds me in my life, allowing me to be aligned both physically and emotionally.  💜Blessing c

Staying Positive

June 8, 2020

I believe if we stay positive, we will have the energy to weather any storm. There are things we need to know to protect ourselves and those around us, but we do not need to become obsessed with every detail from dawn until bedtime. Here are a few tools to help you stay positive.

You can limit your media (TV, radio, internet) intake by choosing a single news source and decide how much time you spend with it each day. Then stick to your plan.

Look to the past and get hope from your past resilience. It is likely you have endured many major life disruptions (9/11, hurricanes, fires, unemployment, financial loss). You made it through and are stronger for it!

Send gifts or cards in the mail. Unexpected gifts, or mail, can be a huge pick-me-up in times of stress. This is especially valuable to those who are isolated.

Take advantage of found time. This gives you an opportunity to focus on some things you have previously had no time to do. Read a book, organize drawers/closets, plant flowers or a garden, clean out the garage and donate. It’s liberating!

Practice random acts of kindness. Your kindness doesn’t require a monetary outlay. Leave a thank you note for the delivery or mail person or custodian in your office. Think of those who could benefit from your thoughtfulness and generosity. Then act.

Take a daily inventory. Close your day with gratitude, and a positive acknowledgement of something you accomplished, learned or are grateful for.

Surrendering to Peace

June 6, 2020

My question is?

Are we coming from a place of peace or fear? The more we bring our awareness into the present moment, we will see, sense, and feel clarity surrounding us. I call this tapping into our divine awareness, for our highest good and the highest good of all concerned. This is similar to a drop of water in an ocean. If each droplet changes their frequency, the ocean begins to change as well. 💜Blessing c

Creating Beliefs

June 4, 2020

I create wonderful new beliefs for myself.

These are some of the beliefs that can really help you in

your life if you think or say them every day:

I am always safe.

Everything I need to know is revealed to me.

Everything I need comes to me in the perfect time sequence.

Life is a joy and filled with love.

I prosper wherever I turn.

I am willing to change and to grow.

All is well in my world.

From Heart Thoughts by Louise L. Hay

June 3, 2020

What if we decide in this moment that we are okay, and our life is filled with love? But, in the next moment you feel fear, and that experience sweeps away your “life filled with love” sentiment. This is where your freewill steps in. You have the ability to embrace the story of fear into your life, or to embrace the story of love.

So, through practice we find that life is not a battle; rather it is a matter of our choices. We can choose to experience all of what it is to be human and spiritual, (good and bad). However, each moment you are given a sacred opportunity to make a life-altering decision. These decisions can be as pivotal as those first childhood experiences that changed our concept of who we are. Each moment is an opportunity to choose a thought and to experience life through love and/or fear. 💜Blessing c

Spiritual Perception

June 1, 2020

I have had the thought of how spiritual perception influences my life, and I know in my heart that it is a feeling of true grace. Grace is when I feel empathy and compassion and know everything will always work out to the highest good. I believe that to live in the understanding of God's abundant grace is essential.

We are all living in an infinite ever-changing world and how we respond to it is so important. When spiritual perception is held, maintained, and nourished with trust, and a feeling of love and joy, all aligns perfectly. Only then does it solidify goodness into our reality. The longer and deeper a perception is held, the more solid it becomes. Then it is only a question of cultivating a deeper perception or seeing all goodness from a deeper level of consciousness to create a better life. 💜Blessing c

to grace us with Your divine presence. So it is done.  💜Blessing c

May 23, 2020

Anxiety is a real symptom that can affect our everyday lives. This is what Sigmund Freud called “reality anxiety”, a fear around survival-based events like the one happening in the news today.

The past few months have a lot of you feeling overwhelmed and depressed. Remember not to unconsciously jump into a worst-case scenario, one that creates ongoing distress. I believe that each one of us can become anxious when we step out of the moment and into a future based on fear-created projections. I feel the world around us is often the main source of all anxieties and can smack anyone off center.

What are some positive ways to overcome "reality anxiety"? Step away from technology, especially the news and social media. I always say not my chip and not my dip! Be conscious where you put your mind. Finding the right way to step back and embrace our spiritual side can be quite the task, but you can do this. How? By trusting that you are safe in the moment. Take time to journal and be self-reflective about what is bothering you and then let it go. Meditate, do yoga, or walk to give yourself room to address the existential questions that often underlie your anxiety. Ask yourself the question who, or what, am I giving my peace to?

Remember, I am here to guide you in sessions through meditation, and one-on-one dialogue. I can teach you mindfulness practices that will help you manage everyday stress, anxiety, and the challenges of daily living in the now.  💜Blessing c

Lightworkers Cleansing Prayer

May 19, 2020

As a Lightworker, I open my heart wide to receive the grace of God. I ask that all God’s children receive universal love and light. May all be healed in body, mind, and spirit. I ask that our world be cleansed. I ask for God’s ultimate power of peace to penetrate into everyone and everything. Divine grace knows what needs to be healed, and what miracles need to actualize. I choose to feel the outpouring of God’s love in my soul. I readily accept God’s Grace in my life right now.  So, it is done.  So, it is done.  So, it is done.  💜Blessing c

Dream Time

May 18, 2020

Today I want to talk about dreams. What do they mean? Why do we have them? Do they help us physically, mentally, and/or spiritually?

I am guided it is important to remember that dreams are a part of our creation and help us clear our frustrations so we can be our healthy selves.

There are many things that cause dreams and they can represent guidance, warnings, and help us work through life’s situations. If you choose to interpret them, you will start to see patterns emerging between your dreams and your waking life. Some things will come to pass, while others you may avoid because you "had a feeling about that dream".

This is not an exact science, by any means, but you may experience flashes of "Deja vu" and know that you have had a dream about something before it happened.

By keeping a dream journal (reference Dream Dictionary, Tony Crisp) you can go back in your journal and look it up. You can see when you had the dream, its symbolism and what you decided it meant. Record the dream and, also how you feel about it now and how it may, or may not, have meant what you thought.

By exploring your dreams, you will gain proficiency in interpreting your own dreams and knowing when you are seeing something that will inspire your waking life. You will gain control over your dream states and be able to stop nightmares, and no longer have interrupted sleep. By understanding your dreams, you will see health benefits to both your mind and body. There are no limits here except the ones we set on ourselves.

Sweet dreams!  💜Blessing c

Don't Worry - Be Happy

May 15, 2020

Debbie Ford who wrote the book Best Year of Your Life states, “If you’re no longer willing to postpone your happiness to some future time or event, if you’re ready to take back the reigns of your life and show up - right now - as the person you know you can be now is the time.''

We can see each moment as sacred through divine consciousness, to be centered and grounded in each moment while creating and choosing peace, love, and balance.

Together, we can choose to live our lives in divine awareness to take each moment as an opportunity to see, sense, and feel time in a way that works for all of us moment by moment. 💜Blessing c

Taking Care

 May 12, 2020

COVID-19 virus situation is the perfect time to take care of ourselves and others.

We get up every morning and cleanse our body (brush our teeth, wash our face, shower, etc.) so that we can face the world looking our best--proper personal hygiene. Shouldn’t we also have deliberate spiritual hygiene? What about feeling and being our best, nurturing and loving ourselves and caring enough about ourselves to make healthy choices?

We all must take the time to recognize the negative clutter, the pain, and the sadness from our body, mind, and spirit! How do we do that? We need to become more aware of, and take inventory of, what we are feeling, sensing and thinking about. The key is to make life work for us, not to work for our life. So ask yourself: Who or what are you giving your energy to? What is the significance of the life you are leading? Are you honoring self by taking the time to care about what is happening around and inside you?

Our real challenge is to use our spiritual perceptions to see what is true in life, and what is illusion; recognizing what feels good and what feels bad. The objective is to be willing to live an authentic life and not be the victim of current life situations as we encounter them. It is important to take the time to learn to live consciously for our physical health and peace of mind; to take the time to reprogram our subconscious mind; to learn to be present in every moment. This can take some focused discipline, but clothing self in positive psychological attributes, choosing what we want to see, sense and feel in each moment, is worth the effort. 💜 Blessing c

A Place of Peace

May 8, 2020

Coming from a place of peace brings your awareness into the present moment, where you will see, sense, and feel clarity surrounding you. You need to envision positive outcomes from this moment while holding inner peace. All the while staying grounded, inspiring others to be calm, praying for each, and finding balance in everything. May your day be filled with love and light. 💜 Blessing c

Lightworkers Purpose

April 2020

If you are reading this, you are a Lightworker and were chosen for this task. Your purpose as a Lightworker is to hold the space of enlightenment for all the inhabitants on your beautiful living planet called earth. Your intentions will align sentient beings to create the true Divine Spirit of Oneness, raising the vibration of all concerned. I comfort you. Your human role is to hold the energy for each other close to your hearts in gratitude and appreciation in the present moment. I can assure that you are spiritual beings having a physical experience; connecting to goodness from the inside out, not the outside in, and not relying on outside forces (i.e., all outside forces come from the ego). 💜 Blessing c

Wake Up Call

March 15, 2020

I am guided this is a wake-up call to help the world find balance in such a way that our experience of unconditional love transcends all fear-based dualities: male and female, all races, cultures, religions, or economic systems. We are all equal children of God and we must understand and change the way discord, selfishness and over-consumption is affecting everything on our living planet. We can join together and sending our healing prayer to all. We each play a part, and when in divine trust and faith we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The true light of GODness.  💜 Blessing c

Change Is Coming

February 4, 2020

We are all busy living our lives, and lately it seems that our lives can change in a second. Changes are in the air. It's out there and it's coming, so we can respond to it out of fear or peace. Change is happening everywhere around us. Our loved ones may be going home to God, and they know that we will all be okay. I know in my heart they will be  inspiring and loving us from God's love and light.

In the next few months humanity, as well as, earth is going to go through growing pains. People are going to be affected and doing their best to stay centered in the aftermath. Unfortunately, frightened people are going to be fighting each other to be heard.

Even through the chaos that will be around us, we are all in the midst of changing our own lives by always moving forward in faith and love. We can intend to live spiritually and focus on what is real. This is the time for faith, patience and trust. These are the keys to knowing we can and will be okay.

We must understand how important it is to feel that there is an abundance of good in our world. God has our backs, and that love triumphs over the darkness every time.

Sending you all my love. 💜 Blessing c
