Scheduling New and Returning Sessions

For New Sessions:

My policy is if you have not had a session in the past 24 months 

you must sign up and book as a new client.

For new client sessions go to new client registration below.

 PHONE, ZOOM AND IN OFFICE SESSIONS

Schedule:  Tuesday: 10:00 AM-3:45 PM - Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM  -Thursday: 10:00 AM - 3:45 PM 

Monday • Friday •Saturday •Sunday: Closed

If you call on Friday, or the weekend, I will not return your call until the following Tuesday.

I never give refunds for any of my sessions. I will only honor with another session. 

*When you schedule a session, you will be automatically enrolled to my email list for newsletters and upcoming events.

My Policy is you must give 48 hours notice to cancel your session.

Returning Sessions:

My policy is if you have not had a session in the past 24 months, you must book as a new client. For NEW clients go to new client registration below.

Scheduling A NEW CLIENT Intake Phone or In-Person Session

Before scheduling a new client session please complete these steps:

  • You will be charged for your first session at time of scheduling. introductory session rate is $330 for 60 minutes.  

  • You will need to fill out and email cathleen@cathleenlbalfour.com with your signed Client Service Agreement form. Click the link below.

  • The Client Service Agreement can be scanned and emailed to: cathleen@cathleenlbalfour.com.

  • The form can also be mailed to Holistic Health and WellBeing, 23403 E. Mission Avenue, Suite 100C, Liberty Lake, WA 99019. 

  • For phone sessions, also email your picture to cathleen@cathleenlbalfour.com. 

  • Click on the "Schedule Now" button to schedule your appointment.
